It is your responsibility to obtain the relevant travel documents and visas for travel. If you’re an UK citizen you can apply for the tourist visa via the official Visit Saudi website.

For an additional fee our agents can help obtain the tourist visa for you. We have no control of the outcome of the application, approval is at the discretion of the Saudi embassy. Therefore, if your visa is rejected we will not be responsible and you will not be entitled to any refunds. Your booking will not be cancelled.

We understand there is a lot of uncertainty at this time and there may be many reasons why you’d want to cancel or change your booking. However, if you’re fit to travel, your destination is open, and your flights and hotel are operating, we’d advise you not to cancel your booking as you will be subject to normal cancellation terms.

Most of our bookings are non refundable. However, if things change on your end and you do not want to travel get in touch with us and we will try our best to offer you a refund.

As an online Travel Agent, all our flight plus hotel holiday bookings are financially protected by an Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL) scheme. If an operator such as the airline fails, then the ATOL scheme makes sure that customers don’t lose their money or find themselves stranded abroad. Every part of your flight plus hotel booking is financially protected by the ATOL scheme.

Our ATOL number is 11894. For more information regarding the ATOL scheme and what it covers, visit the CAA website.

The ATOL scheme does not encompass hotel only bookings that DO NOT include a flight.

You will receive an ATOL Certificate after the booking has been processed and confirmed.

At times, airlines may change the time of your flight due to schedule amendments or aircraft changes. Changes can be classed as minor, or significant. The definition between the two differs between each airline, and you can check this directly with your airline, however below is a general guide:

Minor: A minor flight change can be anything between 1 hour and 12 hours depending on the airline. When you purchase a flight, you agree to accept any minor flight delays within their terms and conditions of carriage, and generally an airline will not offer any compensation or a refund for a minor flight change.

Significant: If the delay is longer than what your airline defines as a minor delay, you will generally be offered a refund of your flight (you can then look to book with another airline), or an alternative flight (perhaps from another airport or within a more suitable time). Please remember that any refund would only be for the airline enforcing the change – if your flights are divided between airlines then the second airline are not liable to refund their flight.

Your airline will advise of your options depending on how long the delay is for, and what they are offering as a result.

Refunds on the ground arrangements portion of the payment cannot be given. Depending on the ticket type we may be able to refund the ticket after deducting the cancellation charge as per the airlines rules. If the ticket has not yet been issued then there will be no cancellation charge
