Recent review data is broadly positive. Pilgrims repeatedly praise the hotel’s proximity to the Prophet’s Mosque, large comfortable rooms, cleanliness, Haram or Green Dome views in some rooms, and generally courteous staff. Repeated negatives are occasional slow check-in or room-allocation delays, some comments that certain rooms feel farther from the mosque than expected, noise or soundproofing issues in some rooms, and mixed feedback on accessibility for elderly or disabled guests.

• 1.For men, head toward Bab Al Salam first; the hotel’s own site specifically mentions Al Salam Gate as being just steps away.
• 2.For women, the walk is materially longer than for men because the women’s access is on the north side of the mosque complex; allow extra time before iqamah.
• 3.If travelling with elderly family, confirm an accessible room in advance rather than assuming all room types are mobility-friendly.
• 4.At busy prayer times, the real door-to-prayer-spot time can be much longer than the street walk from hotel to mosque edge.
• 5.If your room choice matters, request a Haram or Green Dome view room explicitly; not all rooms have it.
• 6.If relying on the ladies' access frequently, ask the hotel to confirm the current shuttle schedule on arrival.

Worship & getting around

Official hotel pages state that many rooms and restaurants have views of the Green Dome, Holy Rawdah, or Haram. The hotel describes rooms as suitable to relax and pray, but I could not verify a dedicated in-hotel musalla from current official pages. A hotel e-brochure also says the ladies' gate is about 5 minutes away and that a shuttle to the ladies' gate operates for every prayer and ziyarah timing.
