The hotel is newly built and marketed primarily on walkable access to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. I could verify an on-site restaurant and family rooms, but I could not reliably verify a dedicated musalla/prayer room or guaranteed Haram-view rooms from primary sources.

Taxis should be easy to obtain given the central Madinah location and 24-hour front desk, but I did not find a direct hotel statement describing a dedicated taxi desk.
